For normal tiles in Tile Palette there are shortcuts to rotate 90 degrees or flip x / y axis. However, for PlatformerProRuleTiles this does not appear to be possible. I also notice that Pos, Rot, and Scale are grayed out when viewing in inspector. How can I rotate these rule tiles? Specifically I was using the alien sample spikes and trying to turn them so they could be placed on a roof.
Edit: For now I just created an additional sprite rotated 180 degrees and used it to create another rule tile, but I feel like there has to be a simpler way.
Don't think there is a lot of need for this, PPRO rule tiles are only needed for a small subset of the overall set of tiles, and many tile sets can't be flipped/rotated(e.g. because people have shading which is directional).
Not saying you don't have a need, its just potentially a lot of work for something that isn't going to affect a lot of people. And the workaround is really simple.
That said if a few other people want to chime in and say that they want this feature too I can put it on the roadmap.
